Exactly! ... too many people think that &quot;the key to success&quot; in the Industry is numbers and most of the time the strategy of following numbers gets good results in a short time approach but if the people join you don´t feel the quality of being in a real human exchange with you or other members of your team,  most of the time these &quot;numbers&quot; just leave.

That´s why I like the 1000 Fans approach, because it talks not only about business but also about the consistency of interacting at a human level.

I am after quality, not quantity!  When I coach, I need a person that is eager to learn and not following a principal of the numbers game.

Crear tu marca personal, crear la lista y mercadearle a tu lista.
1,2,3, así de sencillo... aparentenmente.

El problema es que muchas veces se pierde el enfoque con tanta información, persiguiendo  &quot;el último super método&quot;

Entender cómo funciona, crear un plan de acción e implementar la estrategia para que funcione, ahí está la clave.

People are so overloaded with information comming at them from every angle.  I was one of them in the beginning.  

i learned to focus on one strategy and master it!  It takes a tremendous amount of focus because trainings are comming at us from every angle.  Otherwise, like you said, we will be stuck in a forever ending learning mode. 

You state it plain and simple...brand, create a list, market to that list.
The fortune isn&#039;t the list, its in the list!

Una vez somos sensibles a un tipo de información que nos resulta novedosa, tendemos a querer absorverlo todo, lo cual no está mal pero  ese aprendizaje necesita orden y planificación para que no termine por &quot;fundirnos&quot; como decimos en cubano.

Ayer conversaba con un asociado que tengo en UK y por sus preguntas me daba cuenta de que a veces tenemos todos los pedacitos de información que necesitamos, pero no podemos ver &quot;el todo&quot; lo cuál nos impide avanzar.

Como decían nuestros abuelos, en ese caso, &quot;los árboles no nos dejan ver el bosque&quot; y el Mercadeo Online es &quot;una jungla&quot; abarrotada de árboles encantadores :)
