What Implementing Business Model? (II)

In a previous post , referring to the Internet Business in the niche of artistic products, addressed the generation of qualified traffic through the strategy "1000 True Fans."

The article, published by Kevin Kelly in the section THE Technium your site, offers direct distribution to a group of enthusiastic fans or "fans" developed from the conversation and direct interaction with them.

Some developers have been using this approach with significant results, using the concept of " microcelebridades "appeared as a result of Viral Marketing on the Internet. The concept refers to "be extremely well known not to millions but small groups of followers, with which it is grown and maintains a dedicated care."

In the following video comment a little more about this strategy.

    Hello Omar!

The phenomenon you mention the "microcelebridades" is something that caught my attention because it is almost oxymoronic. While we tend to think of celebrity as a mass phenomenon, the "microcelebridades" may be only a "limited mass" where, however, apply the laws of stardom, as it somehow.

As I mentioned, a product of the phenomenon "network groups" and the ability of new media to impact controlled contexts.

The other day I wrote something about it and thought about the importance of demographic groups for this strategy. How certain groups share characteristics of age, gender, preferences, cultures, languages in addition to leaving a trace on the network are perfectly located to facilitate strategies such as you mention Kevin Kelly, "Thousand True Fans."

Thank you for sharing your thoughts!

      Hi Raisa!

It is true that the term is somewhat contradictory ...

The other day I saw a report of a tribute to Michael Jackson in Japan, on the first anniversary of his death, and somehow that's the idea we have of celebrities ... someone known everywhere, represents a kind of "god what does "due to the impact globally.

However, this idea of being "extremely well-known small" works exactly the same way, only on a smaller scale.
What you mention of the demographic groups is extremely important. These are for themselves, "groups with similar characteristics" to respond to certain approaches.

      Thanks for the analysis!

      Magali Thanks!

I like the description you make of the Internet as a space that can also be "small, private, neighborhood."

It is true that we sometimes forget that the capacity of global communication technology offers us, should serve to bring you closer.

Greetings and thanks for your comment!

    Hello Omar!

Definitely relationships are the basis for doing business. In fact, one of the factors that helped Obama win was his interaction in social networks, particularly Twitter.

Britney Spears has a blog (although driven primarily by his evangelization). But it serves to bond with their fans, where he shares information related to it ... in a closer, in an effort to create a feeling of closeness.

If those people who have a lot of attention from traditional media, are using the Internet to connect with your audience ... why not us?

When you see so powerful personalities using certain tools, it may be time to start thinking about using them.

As mentioned, the use of Social Media in the Obama campaign was of utmost importance to connect with a certain demographic ... and it worked!

    Welcome, Armando!

Indeed, all these "micros" seem to be the trend and the best possibility.

The niches are micro-installations, as you suggest, an excellent business opportunity.

Many companies operate entirely on the exploitation of this principle.

    Have a blog very professional!

    Hello Denis!

Thinking about your comment, I realize how sometimes between those who develop an Internet activity, comment on the work of a third known only to us!. This is somehow an endorsement of what you say ...

I find myself all the time back to the blogs I follow, where I learn a lot of people I've ever seen in person, and this activity has become "part of my daily life" changing radically.

Sometimes I wonder what comes next:)

Omar ... you are my new guru! What a great post. I myself like to be the big fish in the small pond. Often people ask me why more people do not You have on your Face Book? The answer is: I Each and every one screen of Them. I do the Same on Twitter and all social networks. I only accept Will Those Who are not spammers, Who Will engage in communication, and Have good content to share.
If you follow Those three Principles, You Will Have a very strong network of "friends." You do not have to spend all your time conversing with 500 people a day, But Rather, Put Them In Different lists on your Face Book and Then try to reach out to 2 people a day to get Them on your blog. Of course You Can Visit Their first blog and write a comment. They are happy and Will reciprocate That You visited. This is how we get intimate with Our new friends.
    Hey, it works for me!
    Blessings,
    Donna

Oh Donna! You are so kind!

The strategy you describe is very close to the Indeed Principle Mentioned in the post: create a close relation With A small group of loyal followers.

I function a little bit like you, I prefer to Communicate With A small group of followers and valuable real relation with Developer to Them Than HAVING tons of "automated" That Do not Necessarily mean followers a bigger network for our business.

More and more, it Becomes Obvious That Internet works as a model of our old expanded daily life ... Known About Everything is quality.

Thanks a lot for passing by!
